Ms. Yvonne Davidson Kelani was born February 27, 1954 in Nashville, Tennessee to the union of Remus and Annie Davidson. She departed this peaceful life on Friday, July 5, 2024, at Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.
Yvonne received her formal education in the Metropolitan Nashville Public School System.
Yvonne accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age. She was a kind and compassionate person. She worked as a caregiver most of her life until she retired at age 62. She enjoyed spending time with her family and hosting family gatherings and had a funny sense of humor. Her loving spirit gave her a williness to help anyone. She treated everyone she met like they were her family. She will be truly missed by us all.
She leaves to cherish her sweet memories, her sons, Jerry (Tina) Davidson, Maurice Davidson, James (Demetria) Davidson; devoted grandchildren Brandon Davidson, Jerry Davidson, Brittney Davidson., Ashley Davidson, Brittany (Tyler) Jones, Elijah Malik McDowell, James Johnson, Jamal Johnson, Jayvon Johnson , Mondarius Davidson, Destiny Davidson, James Woodard, Queen McElrath, Kobe Davidson; eight great-grandchildren; niece Betty (Darrius) Walker, Geraldine Phillips, Tina (Melvin) Guest, nephew, Van (Marchelle) Davidson; sister Teresa Patton and Tarji Little; devoted cousins Joni (L.T.) McClendon, Juanita Braden; godsons Ronnie Grant, Maurice Dalton; goddaughter Debbie Dalton, extended family; Jason and Kimberly Smith, Pam Waller, Diana Griffin; The Dalton family; devoted friends Tish Justice, Sylvia Hendricks; and a host of other loving family and dear friends.
