He was born in Nashville, TN on April 2, 2002. 

William attended Metro Davidson County Schools. He was employed with Hadley Park Towers as a security guard. In his spare time, Scooter liked to fish, travel, and hang out with family and friends. 

Scooter leaves to cherish his memories: loving mother Valerie (Hugh) David; father Melvin (Michelle) Robinson; daughter, Zy’Onna Chontail Robinson; sisters, Brittany L. Robinson, Benet (Brandon) Hanserd, Bianca Robinson, Brittany (Sean) Silvils, grandparents, Margaret Granderson, Freddie Dunlap Jr., Lucy (Melvin)Robinson Sr. Aunts, Regina Dunlap, Candice Robinson, uncle, Adrian Robinson. Devoted mentor Pastor Charles Howse, devoted god parents Ed and Brenda Knight. A host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
