Wendell Hill was born on December 30, 1973 in Nashville, Tennessee to Clara Mai Hill and Wendell. He departed this life on Saturday, January 26, 2022 at his residence in Nashville, Tennessee.

 

Wendell received his education in Metro Nashville Davidson County Public Schools, attending Napier School.

 

Wendell enjoyed watching football, spending time with family and friend, and he always loved to share a good laugh. He will truly be missed!

 

Wendall was preceded in death by his mother Clara Mai Hill- Gross, stepfather Eugene Gross Sr., and brother Edward Gross.

 

He leaves to cherish his memories children Wendell Jerome Lewis Hill “Pookie Nut”, Kendall Crawford, Chiquitah Hill, Taliyah Hill, 5 grandchildren, sisters Tracey Carter, Stacey Gross, Katherine Hill, brother Eugene Gross, aunts Gladys Hudson, Lillie Hill Lyons, uncles Ed Hill, Marshall Hill, nephew Alonzo Starks, devoted cousin Charles McGlother Jr., friends Monica Henderson, Patrick L. Daly, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, extend family, and friends.
