Thomas Emmanuel Davis, III was born on March 26, 1973, in Nashville, TN, to Patricia Elizabeth Davis and Thomas E. Davis, Sr. Thomas Davis was raised in a Godly Home and raised up in the Church. By his high school years he was under the Leadership of Bishop Jerry L. Maynard!
Although Thomas bared no Formal Ministry Ordination, He was appointed by God to be a Light, He Lived, gave and Exuded the True Love of God! Thomas had a way of meeting every person where they were and seeing them for their Possibilities In Christ, rather than their present state of being, then as commanded in the Word, He Spoke Life and Light! He Truly Reflected the Heavenly Father in All he did!
Thomas E. Davis III, was a Graduate of Hunters Lane High School in Nashville, Tennessee. He attended Tennessee State University where he obtained a Broadcasting Degree, and being Ambitious he Followed up thereafter, Graduating with a Degree in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan College.
During his college years, Thomas joined Phi Beta Sigma, Fraternity where he developed life-long friends.
Thomas Davis also operated a Professional Media Production Company(DMG Cinematic Films) based in Nashville, Tennessee specializing in Cinema Videography, Video and Radio production, Voice- over, as well as event videos for corporations, groups, and individuals across the United States.
Utilizing his degree in Broadcast Communications and more than 20 years of being a founder, producer, and lead videographer, Thomas Emmanuel Davis III developed an unobtrusive filming style that is Captured His Clients Vision!
Working cohesively with him, his wife Shawntrell; Bringing a wealth of experience Social Media Analytics, technical, Graphics, administrative, script writing , voice-over and marketing skills!
In other Accomplishments Thomas E. Davis III also has a Portfolio of: Production work with/For Weno 720 Gospel Radio, Cumulius Media, Clear Channel : 92 Q, 101.1 the Beat Jams as a Disk jockey,(T. Storm), Vision, Comcast even Professional Commercial on News Channel 2 and Various Ministries.
In 2012 Thomas E. Davis III met the Love of His Life, Shawntrell, the woman who became his Wife.
On August 23, 2014 They became Husband and Wife. Although Thomas and his wife had no children, They did nurture many in the community. Also what they did have, was a Life full of Love, Companionship, Encouragement, Prayer and Worship; Truly Dwelling with one another according to the Knowledge of God! Together for 12 years Wedded in Bliss for 8.
One of his Major Accomplishments was the Completion of an Ordained task! Hearing the Voice of the Lord, Thomas moved in diligence, and He and His Wife together accomplished Full Production of their First Film Project “I AM COME”
His hobbies included: Playing Pool, Creative media, gardening, fishing, landscaping, Cooking, Comedy and traveling; he most of all loved Ministering, in True Heart the Word of God, especially to Strangers.
On April 1, 2023 Thomas Davis III Suffered ad Sudden and Severe Stroke, He was rushed to Tennova Hospital and accessed, then moved to Vanderbilt Emergency were doctors did all they could do, to no avail.
Thomas fought for days but the time came, so as His wife and family stood by, a song of Worship was played as Praise went up, Thomas E. Davis III departed unto The Heavenly Father on April 4, 2023 at 1:34 am
Oh but Thomas’s Giving didn’t stop there, His wife Shawntrell, Hearing of the need of those in need of organs, carried out the mission of sharing Thomas to be an Organ donor. He was able to participate in a Donor Walk in which he was honored for his life by being a Donor’s Hero.
The available organs were quickly distributed to those in need.. Good Reports came in Immediately… Thomas’ story will live on through 3 others! Glory to God…Indeed He is Still Giving and In Spirit Still Living!
Thomas Davis III is survived by a devoted wife, Shawntrell Davis, 2 Step-sons Anthony Rogers and (Prince) 1 step grand (Franklin) (Mother) Patricia E. Davis: (Siblings) Adrian (Carmen) Davis, and Christopher Davis. 2 Nephews Adrian "Jude" Raymond Davis II (12) , Caiden Elliot Davis (7) and 1 niece Anna Denise Davis (5) ; two Uncles - Cornelius “Peter” Davis; three Aunts - Glorious J. (David) Neal, Mildred Shores, Jacqueline (Ronald) Tyson; two godsons and two goddaughters. A host of Cousins
