SMITH, Theodore E. "Teddy" Age 71. November 25, 2012 after a brief illness. He was retired from Vanderbilt Medical Center with over 35 years of service. Survived by devoted children, Rosalind Smith-Pouncy (Julian), Woodstock, GA, Steven Smith & Charla (Kenneth) Lang; grandsons, Stephoin Smith, Sr. & Nicholas Lang; great-grandson, Stephoin Smith, Jr.; siblings, Bernice Hopkins, St. Louis, MO, Ina C. Lane, Amanda Upshaw, Melvin Smith; sister-in-law, Gloria Smith; other relatives & friends. Viewing Friday, 12-6 p.m., with family receiving friends from 3-6 p.m. Visitation Saturday, 12-1 p.m., with funeral to follow at TERRELL BROADY FUNERAL HOME, (615) 244-4755.
