Stephen Rouse, III

Stephen Rouse III “Lil Steve” departed this life on Saturday, November 25, 2023. He was born in Nashville, TN on November 9, 1997, to Shari and Stephen Rouse Jr. He was preceded in death by brother, Antonio Michael Payne; grandmothers, Mary Frances Voorhies, Nelda Rouse; grandfather, Stephen Rouse Sr. uncles, Fred Brown, Clyde Payne; aunt, Verna Coleman; cousins: Mijha Hester, Michael Brown and DeAngelo Knox.

Steve attended the Nashville Public Schools of Davidson County, where he graduated from Hunters Lane High School. He enjoyed coaching the Shelby Park Jaguars youth football teams.

Steve accepted Christ at an early age and united with the Gethsemane Baptist Church. He later attended The House of God Church. He loved his family, his son J’King, he adored his daughters Kamera & Kenndia Rouse.

Steve was the life of the party and loved his rap music. He enjoyed family and friends; everyone loved his smile.
