Samuel Culver

Samuel Bernard Culver was born December 25, 1952, in Milledgeville, Georgia to the union of Roger and Lilliam Culver. He departed this peaceful life on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at Green Hill Center for Rehabilitation in Nashville, Tennessee.

Samuel was educated in the Baldwin County Schools. He accepted Christ in his life at an early age and was a member of Friendship Baptist Church.

Samuel married Phyllis Thomas in 1979. After that relationship ended, he met his Life Partner Lena Harris-Elam in 2001.

Samuel was employed as a Plumber with P.Pefitters Union 572. In his spare time, he enjoyed woodworking, yard work and playing spades.

Samuel was preceded in death by his parents, Roger and Lillian Culver.

Those left to cherish his memories are his devoted son, Michael D. Culver, (Tiffany Taylor), daughter, Samantha A. Culver, grandchildren, Michael, Jr., Taylor and Makel, brother, Eugene Culver a host of other relatives and friends.
