Samantha Renee Wade

Samantha Reneé Wade born June 23, 1988, in Nashville, Tennessee, to Hanley J. Wade, Sr. and Tammy L. (Smotherman) Wade. She was called home to be with the Lord on December 13, 2024, at the age of 36.

Sam was a loving mother to two wonderful sons, Kevin and Kori Phillips. Her children were so dear to her heart.

 In her spare time she enjoyed watching movies, bowling with her family, dancing, fishing, singing and swimming. She also enjoyed long walks with her niece, Hannah, and feeding fish in the park with her nephew, Malachi. Family gatherings with her siblings, Monica, Nerissa and Hanley, Jr., warmed her heart and kept a smile on her face. Sam shared many heartfelt talks and happy times with her mother and father. Her aunts, uncles and cousins also held a special place in her heart.

Loved ones left to cherish Samantha’s memory, sons, Kevin and Kori Phillips; mother, Tammy L.
