Saeed "Shi Money" League was born on November 11, 1986, to Antwain and Lavonda League in Davidson County, Nashville, Tennessee. On March 26, 2025, Saeed peacefully transitioned from this life at his home in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
From a young age, Saeed embraced his faith, accepting Christ into his life, being baptized, and becoming a devoted member of Greater First Street Missionary Baptist Church in Nashville, Tennessee. He was a proud graduate of Martin Luther King Magnet High School in 2005, where he excelled in math and science. Saeed had a deep passion for sports, especially football and basketball, and throughout his youth, he was known for his boundless energy and active presence.
Professionally, Saeed worked for many years with Piedmont Gas Company in Nashville, Tennessee before earning his Commercial Driver's License and later working with Smyrna Ready Mix in Smyrna, Tennessee.
He had a natural talent for fixing things, enjoyed working on cars, and was always ready to take on any task that needed attention around the house. Saeed's hobbies included traveling, grilling, going to the beach, listening to music, and watching sports, especially his favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys, with whom he had a love-hate relationship. Above all, he treasured time spent with his family, especially during the holidays. His favorite holiday was Christmas, when he delighted in decorating the house, enjoying great food, sharing laughter, and spreading holiday cheer.
Saeed was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Lavonda League, and his grandfathers, Charles Bradford Hall and Samuel Hambrick; grandmother; Linda Faye Hambrick; aunt, Yvonda Hambrick, Alfreda Foster
Saeed leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife, Amelia League; children, Antony, Kymani, Tyler, Khareem, Ansley, Andilyn, and Serenity; his father, Antwain League Sr.; mother-in-law Shirley Steward; father-in-law Kenneth (Sherronda) Johnson his grandmother, Patricia Hall; grandfather, Teddy League; his brothers, Antwain (Bianca) League Jr., Cedric Anderson, Ronald and Donald (Jenee) Westmoreland; his sisters, Yashika Hall Waller (Antwan), Yakima League, Tequila Fitzgerald, sister-in-laws; Kenni, Madison, Kendall Johnson; great- aunt, Luella Murray; devoted aunts; Tara Hall, Yolanda, Yoquanya, Samila Hambrick and Donna (Charles), Jamila (James); devoted uncles Charles, Jeffery Hall and Samuel Hambrick and numerous other aunts and uncles, devoted cousins; Miyashi, Yaneique (DeQinton), Kerley, Dominique, Donesha (Vincent), Laqueisha (Jamal) and Donald(Que) Dowell and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
