He leaves to cherish his memory, four children, Ricardo (Rochelle) Davis, Dominique Davis, Brandon (Kiandra) Orr, and Courtney Stevenson. He became Papa Rick to ten grandchildren: Dynasty (Dtay), Kareana (Marcus), Marchelle, Kameron (Joseleen), Iyanna, Dajaie, Roderick, Terran, Savannah, and Nylah, and 7 great-grandchildren. He had eight siblings: Harold, Robbie, Lillian, Tanny, Tyrone, Belinda, Tony, & Tommy. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and friends.
Rick held a profession in remodeling homes, fixing cars, and being everyone’s speed- dial handy man. He was known for being a great father & grandfather, professional lottery player, and unpaid comedian. He was notorious for walking you through how to fix your house or car problems.
Rick knew how to make anyone laugh in any situation. He knew when to pray over you, and how to give advice on any life issue. He always made sure you knew he was on your side when talking to you, right or wrong.
Rick leaves behind a family who loves him, will miss him, and cherish everything he instilled in each and every one of us. We thank God for allowing us to borrow such an unforgettable & remarkable soul. Visitation Wednesday, March 16, 2022, 11-12 with Memorial Service to follow at funeral home.
