Rachel Rochelle Crutcher-Tibbs was born September 2, 1967 in Nashville, Tennessee. She departed this life on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at her residence in Nashville, Tennessee.

Rachel accepted Christ at early age and was united with Swift Tabernacle under Pastor Corder.
She was educated in the Nashville Davidson County School System.
Rachel worker as a housekeeper for many years, as well as a Caregiver.
In her spare time she enjoyed decorating, cleaning, taking care of her plants.
She was preceded in death by her son, Antonio Tibbs, parents, Doris & Clifford Crutcher and husband, Anthony Tibbs.
She leaves to cherish her memories her children, John Crutcher, daughters, Sonya Crutcher, Antionette Tibbs, grandchildren, MarQuis, Mya, Lason, Handsom, Antanesha, La’Ashanti Darryl, Alphonzo, Jr., Antonia, Shaniya, Kardashian, Ketonia, step-mother, Vera Crutcher, sisters, Doris(Gary) Gooch, Patricia Crutcher, Onneka Brown, Stephanie Brown, Tiffany Crutcher, Annie Graham, Maxemillion Graham, brothers, Clifford Crutcher, Wayne Dangerfield, Lewis (Jenny) Brown and Milton (Amanda) Crutcher, a host of uncles, aunties, nieces, nephews and cousins, godsons, Tay (Jade) Martin, Robert Liggett, Deatrick Ridley, Dejuane Bond, special friends, Jackie Williams, Mark Carter, Ashley Childress & family and Alphonso Barnes & Family.
