Percy Eugene Gregory

Percy Eugene Gregory was born in Nashville, Tennessee May 17,1940 to Katherine Sneed and Percy E. Gregory. He departed this life Wednesday March 1, 2023. He received his education in the Public School system of Nashville, TN. He confessed his hope in Christ.

Percy loved listening to music, old western movies, and taking rides in his GMC pickup truck. He loved good food, and his favorite was his late wife’s chicken and dressing and mixed greens. He never went places without his rings and necklaces. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.  

He was preceded in death by his wife Delores O. Gregory, parents Katherine Sneed and Percy E. Gregory, brother Calvin Sneed, daughter Rochelle V. Dobbins, and grandson Donnell D. Dobbins.  

He leaves to cherish his memory: children Ricky Dobbins (Cynthia), Eugene (Irene) Waters, Amos Gregory, Rosalind Gray, Sharon Alexander, and Sacoya Green; 25 grandchildren, devoted granddaughter Tamika Dobbins; 49 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; devoted friends Gordon family; a host of other relatives and friends.
