Ms. Nora Louise Gordon was born September 17, 194,4 in Nashville, Tennessee. She departed this sweet life on Friday, March 21, 2025, at Greenhills Rehabilitation Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Nora was united with New Testament Christian Church. She was educated in the Nashville Davidson County Public Schools System.

Nora was employed by Genesco/Johnston and Murphy of Nashville, for over 25 years.

In her spare time, she enjoyed watching old school TV shows such as 2 stooges, working word search puzzles and listening to music.

Nora was preceded in death by her son, Fred L. Gordon, mother, Mattie Moody, brothers, James Starnes and Willie Moody, sisters, Delores Starnes, Dorothy Moody and Debora Moody.

Those left to cherish her sweet memories are her children, Ronnie Gordon, Steve (Linda) Gordon, Catherine Gordon, Janice Gordon (Ronald Earl), David (Anita) Gordon, Rhonda Gordon, Wanda Gordon, devoted son-in-love, John Miller, sisters, Ruby Paige and Patricia Moody a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
