Max Maurice Martin

Max was born October 12, 1968, in Charleston, SC to the parents Ret. Judge Daniel Martin, Sr. and Mrs. Ruby Martin. Max M. Martin.  Max went to his eternal rest on Friday, April 18, 2025, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tn. Max was employed by Vanderbilt University as Asst. Director of Student Services. He was a long-time member of Greater Bethel AME Church and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.

He is survived by his loving wife, Kimberly Martin, son, Mason Martin, parents, Daniel and Ruby Martin, brothers, George Chaplin and Judge Daniel Martin, Jr., aunt, Rev. Dr. Vivian Martin Jones, uncle, Jacob Martin and sister-in-law, Reba Hough-Martin.
