RUCKER, Lucinda Campbell Age 97 of Nashville. Entered into her eternal resting place on June 30, 2013 at St. Thomas Hospital after a long illness. Born on January 18, 1916 in Thompson Station, TN to the late Will and Alberta Wilson Campbell. Lucinda is preceded by husband, Morris Rucker; sisters, Annie Mae Campbell, Callie Nichols, Willie Fitzgerald, Frances Jenkins and Fannie Perkins Helm; brothers, Robert, Clem and Albert Campbell. Lucinda leaves to cherish her memory: sister, Pearl Sweeny of Cleveland, OH; sister-in-law, Clara Campbell of Nashville, TN; devoted nephews, John W. (Glover) Perkins, Michael Sweeny, Dexter of Nashville, TN, Stanley (Shirley) Campbell of South Carolina; nieces, Geraldine (Karlos) Reynolds, Barbara Wilson, Michelle Sweeny and Ernestine (Dean) Patterson of Cleveland, OH, Brenda (Floyd) of Nashville, TN, Lanese and Sandra of Houston, TX; great-nieces, Shirley (Keith) Shaw, Dana Brooks, Debbie Sparkman, Amber Perkins of Nashville, TN, Gwendolyn Freeman of Atlanta, GA, Carol Crawford and Jackie Hart of Irvington, NJ; great-nephews, Larry (Demetrius) Perkins, Michael Brooks, Charles (Mildred), Maurice (Sonja) and Melvin Sparkman; host of great-grand nieces, nephew, cousin and extend family. Viewing Friday, July 5th, 12-6 p.m., at Terrell Broady Funeral Home. Visitation Saturday, July 6th, 11-12 Noon, with funeral to follow at Clark Memorial United Methodist Church, 1014 14th Ave. North.
