Lawrence Edgar McCutcheon was born on August 10, 1984 in Nashville, Tennessee to the union of Opal and Larry McCutcheon. He departed this earthly life on Tuesday, June 27, 2023
Lawrence was educated in Metro Nashville Davidson County Public Schools, graduating from East Nashville Magnet High School, Class of 2002. He continued his education by attending Nashville State Community College, receiving degrees in Mathematics & Spanish in the graduating, Class of 2013. Where he also made the Dean’s List.
Lawrence was employed with St Thomas Health Services (Midtown and West Hospitals), as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Medical Transcriber from 2007 until his passing. He was passionate about his work and the patients he cared for.
Lawrence enjoyed basketball, traveling, music, reading, comic books, video games, and being an uncle to his niece and nephews. He lived a happy, vibrant life and had more friends than you could count. Known for his humor, smile and kind-hearted spirit, he will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him!!!
He leaves to cherish his memories his parents, Opal and Larry McCutcheon; sisters, Michelle McCutcheon and Shenita Brown (Darrell); niece, Jasmine Brown; nephews, Joshua Tibbs and Kyle Davis; grandmother, Mariah McCutcheon; uncles, Phillip McCutcheon (Veronica), Jared, McCutcheon, Ricky McCutcheon, Calvin McCutcheon, Johnny Wooley (Doretha); aunt, Artrina McCutcheon; devoted Friends, Anthony Alfred, Sriram Dassari; a host of cousins, family, and dear friends.
