Larry Arnell Gordon

Larry Arnell Gordon was born on July 7, 1955 to the late Robert E. Gordon and Colleen Williams in Nashville, Tennessee. He is preceded in death by his siblings, Dwight Gordon, Kendall Williams and Jeffrey Gordon. Larry confessed hope in Christ at an early age and united with Claiborne Family of Faith Worship Center. He was educated in the Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools system. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the United States Army where he served in the 101st Airborne Division in Ft. Campbell, Kentucky from 1973- 1975. He married Deneldia Gordon, his wife of 27 years on March 6, 1994 until his passing. He will be dearly missed by all who had the opportunity to know and love him. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Deneldia Gordon; children, Temeca Fisher, LaTonya Flenoy, Larry Greer, Amy & Alexus Gordon; all of Nashville, Tennessee; step-children, LaWaun (Tamica) Clendening, Quan (Kenya) Clendening, Sharoyalty Butler; siblings, Sheral Tharpe (CA), Harry (Pamela) Gordon, Reginald Williams (CA), Clarissa Williams (CA), Michelle (Michael) Wyatt; brother-in-law, Jeffrey (Stephanie) Clendening; sister-in-law, Roletha (Thomas) Pillow; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, great- grandchildren, other family members and friends. Visitation Thursday, June 24, 2021, 10-11 with funeral to follow at Terrell Broady Funeral Home.
