Lamardo Gardner

Lamardo Derrell Gardner was born December 17, 1960, in Nashville, Tennessee. He answered his call and went to glory on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Lamardo was educated in the Nashville Davidson County Public Schools. He was baptized in the Church of Christ at an early age.

Lamardo was employed as a Supervisor at Goodwill Industries and later Restaurant Depot where he continued to work until his death.

In his spare time, he enjoyed listening to music, spending time outdoors, doing recreational sports, watching movies and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Lockridge.

Those left to cherish his memories are his devoted mother, Doris Lockridge, sisters, Antrinette Lockridge Woods and Kimberly Lockridge, brother, James (Lisa) Motley, children, Isaiah Smith and Raven Jenkins, loving fiancé’ Mari Humphrey, uncle, William Gardner, aunt, Judith Gardner(Dean) Wade, Brenda Demonbreum (Alan), niece, Gabrelle Woods, nephew, Joseph White and a host of other devoted friends and family.
