Kelvin Lamont Blaylock

Kevin Lamont Blaylock was born on September 2, 1991 in Nashville, Tennessee to the union of Latonya Murphy and Michael Scott. He departed this earthly life on Friday, November 5th, 2021.

Kevin was educated in Davidson County Nashville Public School System, attending Pearl Cohn Comprehensive Business Magnet High School. He was employed with the Bluegrass Supply Chain.
Kevin was a Tennessee Titan’s Fan, he enjoyed Grippo Chips, Video games, and spending time with his daughter. He was a wonderful son, brother, father, and friend. He will be truly miss, by all who knew and loved him.
Kevin was preceded in death by his father Michael Scott.
