Joseph Earl Travis

On Friday morning December 29 th , 2023 the Lord say it’s time to rest
my child. Joseph Earl Travis “Joe” was born February 8, 1963 to the late parents
of Waymon Travis and LaRuth Hutcherson Travis. Joe was member of Quinn Chapel AME Church in Paris, Tennessee.
He didn’t mind mowing yards and working on farms. He loves talking to people.

Joe was preceded in death by four brothers, Curtis Lee Hutcherson “Bolo”, Earl Travis, Charles Travis and James Travis, and two sisters Helen McCain Travis, and Louis Somerville.

Those left to cherish memories and forever morn his passing two
daughters, Shana Travis of New Orleans, Louisiana, Shomari Dunlap
of Milan, Tennessee, one son, Joseph E. Travis of Paris, Tennessee, one
sister, Glenda Warren Travis of Saint Louis, Missouri, three brothers,
Hafford Jones of Devenport, IA., Jimmy E. Travis and Wayne Travis,
both of Paris, Tn., four grandchildren, and a host of aunts, uncles,
nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
