Jessica Lanette Johnson was born on February 22, 1989 to the union of John Willie Perkins and
Stephanie Conde Johnson. She departed this earthly life on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at St. Thomas
West in Nashville, Tennessee.
Jessica accepted Christ at an early age and fellowshipped with St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church. She
was educated in Davidson County Nashville Public Schools, graduating from McGavock High School.
Jessica was employed with St. Thomas Midtown for a number of years in Nursing. She enjoyed dancing,
acting, and spending time with family and friends.
Jessica was preceded in death by her mother, Stephanie Conde Johnson, father john Perkins,
grandmother, Annie Henderson, uncle, Anthony Johnson, and aunts, Rosa Johnson, Tracey Rankins, and
Charlotte Bills.
She leaves to cherish her loving memories son, Anthony Johnson, daughter, Serenity Johnson,
grandfather, Berlin Johnson, sisters, Marlana Johnson, Miracle Johnson, Valencia (Tony) Payne, Tameka
Perkins, Lashonda Perkins, Stephanie Perkins, Tajohnique Perkins, Vajohn Perkins, Shaleaya Perkins,
brothers, John Perkins, Jr., Jerome Perkins, Michael Perkins, Johnathan Perkins, JaShon Perkins, Dejohn
Anderson, aunts, Yolonda (Bobby) Doss, Pamela Johnson, Ramona Johnson, Donna Grissett, Stacey
Sutton, Deanna Perkins, Nancy Perkins, Wileen Perkins, uncles, Bobby Doss, Billie Willie Vaughn,
