He was born June 3, 1999 in Nashville, Tennessee to Tony Lee Evans and Dondrea Irishia Thompson. He transitioned from this world after an accident on June 11, 2021 in Atlanta, Georgia at the tender age of 22. Jeremiah, also known as "Uncle Doug", attended Buena Vista Elementary School, and John Early Middle School. He played varsity football and graduated from Pearl Cohn High School in 2017. He loved all sports, especially football, fishing, and swimming. Jeremiah was always the life of the party smiling, laughing and joking with everyone he knew, but mostly with his family and friends. It is easy to describe this caring, kind, humorous spirit. It is difficult for anyone who met him to accept this sudden loss.
