Gloria Nobrega

Nashville, TN Gloria, known as Juliet, was born on February 13, 1937. She died on December 10, 2013 at the age of 76.  She preceded in death by her parents, Vincent Anthony Nobrega and Idalia Nurse, and her sister, Cecila Bollers.  She survived by her thirteen children, and one deceased Anthony Nobrega, Margarita Talbot (Susan), Ivelaw Neils (Everton), Patricia Neils, Leon Neils, June Nobrega-Ellis (Allison), Gerald Nobrega, Jacquline Nobrega, Sharon Nobrega, Shawn Nobrega, Michelle Nobrega-Jason, Ingrid Nobrega & Geneva Homere, mother-in-law of Olga Nobrega, Dr. Paul Talbot, Michelle Neils, Keith Ellis, Deon Nobrega, Avlon Munore, Errol Jason, Edwin Homere grandmother of Shansa, Sri-Devia, Ericka, Jamal, Aleisha, Anissa, Asheanna, Mia, Elihus, Jonathan, Judah, Kyle, Edwin Jr. (EJ), Sinclair & Devon ; great-grandmother, Saryiah. Survived by brothers, sisters and In-laws, Claude Nelson (Faye), Simon Nurse (Claudia), Sylvia Vandeyar, Herbert Nurse (Charlyne), Beverly Gill (Terry) Vincent Nobrega (Susan). She also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins as well. Gloria attended Sacred Heart School, Georgetown, Guyana. She worked at Renaissance Hotel, Nashville, Tennessee for the past sixteen years. She attended the Catholic Church. Visitation will be Friday, 4-8 p.m., at Terrell Broady Funeral Home, 3855 Clarksville Pike. Funeral service will be Saturday, 1 p.m., at the funeral home. Interment Spring Hill Cemetery.
