George LaVon Crockett

Mr. George Lavon Crockett was born on February 16, 1982 in Nashville, Tennessee to Janethia Crockett and George Larnes.  He departed this earthly life on May 5, 2024 at TriStar Centennial Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. George found Christ at an early age and was a Christian by faith.

George received his formal education in the Metropolitan Nashville Public School System. George worked at Goodwill Industries of Tennessee for a few years.

In his spare time, he enjoyed riding and repairing bikes, cooking, breeding dogs, and most of all entertaining his friends and family.  He was a joy to around.

George was preceded in death by his sister Sharon Crockett, grandmother Clara Page, grandfather, Leroy Crockett.

Those left to cherish beautiful memories are his mother Janethia Crockett, (Walter), father George Larnes, , sisters Ashley and Pooh; brothers Antonio, Darrin, Corey; nieces Tassija, Anyiah, Evonna, A’Ryiah,   Samia, and Jaylee; nephews Antonio, Jo’Terrious, Jo’Tavious, Dylan, Adarian, Di’Ontez, iAntonious, DJ Jr, and Clark; aunts Sharon (Nathaniel), Donna, Pretty, Attarene, Toosie,; uncles, Gregory and Ronald; step grandfather George Page; devoted cousins Ronald Floyd and Reese Maupin; devoted friends Chello, Ne-Ne, Gabrielle and Tish; his loving dog, Daisy.
