Geneva Buggs-Patton

Geneva Buggs-Patton was born on April 11^th, 1941, in Pulaski, Tennessee to the union of Louise Buggs and Robert Buggs. She departed this life on Thursday, October 19^th, 2023, in Nashville, Tennessee.

Geneva received her formal education and graduated from Metro Nashville Public Schools. She accepted Christ at an early age and united with St. Mark Baptist Church.

Geneva was employed with Metro General Hospital for a number of years, until her retirement. She enjoyed fishing, pottery, and gardening.

Geneva was preceded in death by her parents, Louise and Robert Buggs, sisters, Tenna Hardiman, Mary Brown, and Longtime friend, Trent.

She leaves to cherish her memories daughters, Lovandra (John) Gaddess, Detta (Clayborn) Ersery, Letita Hall, grandchildren, Keith (Trisha) Patton, Kenneith Patton, Frances (Michael) Dement, Shuntay (Authur) Johnson, Anthony (Joy) Clopton, Jose Birdine, Desjuana Hall, great grandchildren, Desjuana Patton (Ja-Nova), Synsere Patton, Jamarco Patton, siblings, Robert (Shirley) Buggs Jr., John (Marenda) Buggs, Brenda (Walter) Dailey, Darryl Hardiman, Henry Brown, Keith Hardiman,  and a host of great grandchildren and loving family.
