Derrick Neal Gilcrease

Derrick was born on March 7, 1985, the youngest of three children to Dalphine Gilcrease. He entered into rest on Saturday, December 4, 2021.

Derrick attended school in Nashville Davidson County Public School Systems and he later received his GED and his Landscaping License. He accepted Christ at an early age and attended St. James CME in Lavergne, Tennessee.
Derrick worked in the construction field and he also did Land Scaping. In his past time, he loved spending time with his two beautiful amazing daughters. He enjoyed swimming, bowling, jet skiing, rooting for his 1# Team the Tennessee Titans, and hanging out with family and friends.
Derrick was preceded in death by his father Derrick Neal Scales.
He leaves to cherish his memories two loving daughters Lyric and Harmony Gilcrease, beautiful mom Dalphine Gilcrease, grandmother Franics Gilcrease, sweet sisters Iyesha, Dedricka, and Marsadies, handsome brother Terry, devoted and loving brother, LaDarrious, and a host of special nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Viewing Friday, December 17, 2021, 1-6, Funeral Saturday December 18, 2021, 12noon. Burial in Sand Hill Cemetery
