Mrs. Darchell Annette Washington- Moore was born April 21, 1968 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Vera Washington and Sam Scales. She passed away peaceful at home on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at the age of 53. She was preceded in death by her loving sister Pearline Washington and her niece Dalachandra Washington.
Darchell affectionately called “Doll” graduate from Maplewood High School in Davidson County. She accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Church of Living God, where she was an active member until her illness prevented her from attending.
Doll was united in Holy Matrimony to Juan Moore Sr. in 1999, they have enjoyed 23 years of marriage.
Doll was employed with First American Bank and the Board of Education. She loved to sing in the choir and writing plays for the church.
She leaves to cherish her loving memory husband Juan Moore, children Quinton Holbert, Destiny Moore, and Madison Moore, grandchildren Jackson Holbert, Joy Holbert, Noah Moore, three stepchildren, mother-in-law Betty Moore (Kenneth Taylor), and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, and friends.
