Dannie Charles Vance

Mr. Dannie Charles Vance was born July 7, 1953 in Nashville, Tennessee to the union of Harold and Ann Vance. He departed this life Sunday, July 21, 2022 at his residence in Nashville Tennessee.

Dannie accepted Christ at an early age and was united with Gordan Memorial United Methodist Church. He was educated in Nashville Davidson County Public Schools, graduating from Pearl High School. He also attended University of Tennessee (Knoxville), 1971; Tennessee State University (Nashville), 1975.

Dannie was employed with Service Merchandise and Walmart for a number of years. He enjoyed music, bowling, and Tennessee Titans Football.

He leaves to cherish his memories devoted first cousins, Nancy Stewart, Beverly Robinson, Jacqueline Kinzer, Katherine Buford, Carlos Webb (Karenda), Karl Hall (Janie), and Charles Fred Miller, many younger cousins affectionately called him “Uncle Dannie”. He will be missed by devoted friends. Sadly, missed by Patricia Holden’s family.
