Daniel Henderson Bonner II, affectionally known to his family as “Deuce” was born on May 26, 2000, in Spokane, Washington to Daniel and Kimi Bonner. Being the fourth child, he was the baby of the family, with three older siblings (Kala, Danny and Dana) and was often seen in family photos holding up four fingers to represent his birth order among his siblings. Deuce absolutely loved and adored his 4-year-old nephew (Aspen) and their family dog (Buddy). Deuce was a phenomenal 22-year-old young man with a bright mind, a heart for others, and a passion for life. He graduated from Hillwood High school in 2018 where he was a dedicated student athlete. He was the Captain of the football team and a state qualifier in wrestling. He continued on as a student athlete, at Tennessee State University playing linebacker. As an aspiring videographer, Deuce had begun making connections to advance his career. He never stopped pushing himself to learn new videography skills and was excited about the opportunity to film Fashion Week in Paris, France. Deuce had an eclectic taste in music, hobbies, and anime. He played the piano, cello, and guitar. Additionally, he enjoyed hanging out with friends, traveling, eating great food, and spending time with his large family. To know Deuce was to love him! His big smile and unique laugh brightened every room he stepped in. Deuce was a gentle and kindhearted young man who had a beautiful view of this world. Whether it was befriending those who felt unseen or ones that struggled to fit in, protecting those whom he loved or being a friend, he was a great example of how we should all live our lives. - “Live Like Deuce” Daniel Henderson Bonner II lived his life passionately, chased his dreams, loved the people around him fully and protected what was important to him.
