Christine Meadows Murdock

Mrs. Christine Murdock was born on April 24, 1934 in Nashville, Tennessee to the union of Mary M. Close and Charlie Close.  She departed this earthly life on Monday, January 22, 2024 Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, Tennessee.

Christine was educated in the Davidson County School System. She met and married the love of her life William Murdock. This marriage spanned many years.

Christine enjoyed being a homemaker. She loved taking care of her family. In her spare time she enjoyed sewing, fishing, gardening.

Christine was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Mary Meadows Close and her husband William Murdock.

Those left to cherish her memories are her daughter, Mary Lane, son, William Murdock, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
