Brenda L. Taylor

Brenda L. Williams Taylor was born on April 4, 1961, to John and Marie Williams in Mobile, Alabama. She departed this earthly life on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, in Nashville, Tennessee after a long illness.

Brenda received her formal education in the Metro- Nashville Public School system where she graduated from Pearl-Cohn High School. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her. 

Brenda is preceded in death by her sisters, Carsie Waters, Betty Williams; brothers, John L. Williams, John Ed Williams, Jay P. Williams; and grandchild, Ronnie Tonstill.

She leaves to cherish her memories her brother, Jerome Williams; children, LaTonya Williams (Eric)Carter; Walter Taylor III; grandchildren, LaTavia Carney, Ronnicqua, Tamia Taylor, Daion Bass, NaTiya Taylor, Winter Taylor; 6 great-grandchildren, Johnease, Zion, Tyson, Noah, Isaiah; and a host of nieces, nephews, and greats, other relatives and friends. A special thanks to family friend, Linda Taylor and the staff at Alive Hospice for their care and dedication for our loved one.
