Billy Watkins

Mr. Billy Joe Watkins was born February 2, 1948, in Hendersonville, Tennessee. He departed this peaceful life on Friday, April 18, 2025, at Alive Hospice Residence in Nashville, Tennessee.

Billy was educated in the Public School System. He accepted Christ in his life at an early age and was a member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church Hendersonville. He was employed by the State of Tennessee for many years.

Billy married the love of his life Roberta Sabrina Teasley, and this love has lasted for over 38 years.

In his spare time Billy enjoyed fishing, grilling, rooting for his favorite football team, the Green Bay Packers, and spending time with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Bill Brinkley and Gertrude Holder.
