Beverly Ann Gardner

Beverly Ann Gardner was born on November 19, 1948, in Nashville, TN, to Roberta and Johnnie James Boggs. She transitioned to her heavenly home on Saturday, October 5, 2024. She accepted Christ at an early age and had a personal relationship with the Lord.

 As a beloved parent, sibling, and grandmother, Beverly was known for her kindness, warmth, and unwavering support for family and friends. She enjoyed cooking, spending time with family and friends, and finding joy in life’s simple pleasures.

 Beverly is preceded in death by her mother, Roberta Boggs; father, Johnnie James Boggs; brother, Gregory L. Boggs; aunts, Madie Green; Eva L. Hunt, Mattie J. Brooks; uncle, Raymond Bright; granddaughter, Heather Coleman; and grandson, Dell Faust. 

Beverly is survived by her former spouse Charles H. Gardner, children Kenneth L. Boggs, Roberta D. Boggs, and Charles H. Gardner; siblings Lela Boggs, Connie (Ronnie) Hardy, Victoria Amos, Belinda Boggs, Johnnie (Dottie) Boggs, Ivan (Cheryl) Boggs, and Thomas (Carmen) Boggs; Uncles Frank Bright (Mary) and Thomas Bright; Grandchildren Corey (Demetria) Corlew, Darren (Brianna) Hailey, Kenya Boggs, Beverly Boggs, Khian Grayson, Shakendra Boggs, and Keith Frierson; a host of great-grandchildren and many more loving extended family members and dear friends. She will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.
