Anjanette Yvette Richardson was born on October 5, 1970, in Lawton, Oklahoma at the Ft. Still US Army base: God blessed Barbara and Harold Richardson with their first born, God graced the world with a phenomenal woman servant only he could create.
She confessed her belief in Christ at an early age as a Seventh-day Adventist. She cared deeply for her family, church, and friends. She managed her household, carefully balancing work and rearing of her children, grandchildren and others whose life she touched. She was a nurturer and caregiver to all.
As a child, Anjanette attended FH Jenkins Elementary/Middle School and graduated from Whites Creek High School. Anjanette also attended Tennessee State University as she pursued a career in Nursing.
Over the years, she was a cafeteria manager with the Metro Nashville Public School System and worked as an Assistant Manager at GAP Inc. Stores. She dedicated her life to taking care of others until her battle with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (Lou Gehrig disease) ALS. On Wednesday October 26, 2022, at 52 years old she won her battle with ALS and is resting in the arms of our heavenly father.
Her presence will be deeply missed by those she touched with her love and kindness. She loved roller skating, shopping, thrifting, cooking, attending concerts, listening to music, playing the WII video game, ANY activities that included her grandchildren. She will be missed, never forgotten and always in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Anjanette is proceeded in death by her Great Grandmother Roberta Owens, Grandmother Adrue Kertchaval, Grandmother Richardson, and Grandfather Richardson. Aunt Annie Jennings, Uncle Henry Richardson and Uncle Moses Richardson.
Her loving memories will forever be cherished by, her mother Barbara Joe Richardson, her father Harold Richardson. Three beautiful children Dari Dennis, (Cael Tucker, Cain and Cree Brown) Demi Dennis, (Diem Bryant) Austin Reese. Her Brother Harold Richardson (Chip) (Kennedi, Ariel, Harold Richardson III) Sister-Cousin Chrisundra Tate (Briana and Tyler Tate) Aunt Wanda Jennings, (Brian Bryant) Shelia Kertchaval-Brown (Paul Brown, Skylar Brown and Clayton Brown)), and Carol Jennings (Micah and Nolan Jennings). Uncles Melvin Richardson (Michael Richardson and Karmon Richardson) and Neal Richardson. Devoted Friend Julie Edmondson and a host of extended family members and friends.
