Mr. Andrew Jackson Gantt, III was born March 25, 1955 in Monterey, California to the union of Andrew Gantt, Jr. and Ola Mae Hubbard Gantt. He departed this productive life on Sunday, February 15, 2025 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Andrew was self employed in the car detailing business. He loved his work and was very good at it.

Andrew was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Ola Gantt.

He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife of 17 years, Lola Ann Newson Gantt, daughters, Tiffany (Ricky) Blake, LaShaunda (Kwaun) Few, Latashia (Aaron) McBride, Jr., Desiree (Michael) Richmond, Shavonni Newson, son, Andrew Gantt, IV, 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, sister, Pearl (John) Slater, nephews, Johnny and Theopolis, niece, Chanola, aunt, Frances Haynes, devoted cousin, Charles Hubbard, sister-in-law, Borsona Newsom, brothers-in-law, Michael Newson, Alvin (Beverly) Newson, devoted friends, Ricky Stegall, E J. Jenkins, Willie Mathis, Adams Family and a host of other relatives and friends.
